The first of their kind in Singapore, BalletBody Ballet Fitness classes incorporate training techniques used by professional ballerinas that combine dance and fitness for a full body workout.

Our Classical Ballet classes provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to express yourself through dance and learn Ballet at any level. BalletBody's take on adult ballet, classes focus on the art of learning choreography and developing musicality. Our initiative is to preserve the joy of movement and artistry while still maintaining a focus on the technique, placement and discipline of ballet.
