and touch on [Coustomize] button.
You can customize colors and complications there.

- To change time format (12/24hr), check in the order listed below.
Connected phone - Settings - General management
- Date & Time - Use 24 format
If checked on, it works on 24hr time format,
if not, 12hr time format.

- Heart rate only works when you wear a real device.
The Measures automatically once an hour.
But by touching the heart rate part in a real device, you can measure
your heart rate manually.
