DeskFit will help you move more throughout your workday day by prompting you at regular intervals with simple Actions that all add up to help you live healthier.
Desk Actions
Use the Desk Actions screen to add Actions that you can do at regular intervals (default is 15 minutes) throughout your workday to keep you moving and improve your health and fitness.
These Actions can be anything from stretching to going for a walk to squats, you decide. DeskFit works with Androids power management features so as not to run down your battery too much; so times aren't set in stone and intervals may vary, when your device is in doze mode for example.
Overall though, DeskFit aims to gently introduce more activity and consistency into your daily routine.
Action Stream
Action Stream shows a history of your Desk Actions.
You can use the period filter at the top to view your history for specific periods e.g. Today, This Week etc.
Each item in the stream shows a percentage completed indicator for the currently selected period.
You tap the circle to the left of the Stream item to mark it as Completed or Skipped. If you don't change this before the next action comes it will be marked as Missed.
Stream Options
Stream Options allow you to configure when and where your Desk Actions will be active.
You specify which days, and between which hours you want to complete Desk Actions.
You can also choose a Wifi network and Actions will only generated when connected.
* Adheres to power-saving features like Doze mode
* Always runs, even if the app or device restarts
* Be notified by speech, vibration, sound & visually.
* Set office hours so that Actions are only proposed when you are at the office.
* Choose interval of 15, 30 or 60 minutes for Desk Actions
* Choose a Wifi network and Desk Actions will only run when connected to that network.
