The Complete App uses Apples HealthKit to allow you you connect a Bluetooth enabled heart rate monitor to track your your heart rate and calculate your level of coherence between your heart beat and your breathing.

The Complete App uses 3rd party heart rate monitors to connect to the bio-feedback software in the app. The bio-feedback works through the Heart Trainer feature which shows your heart rate and the coherence level you are able to achieve through slow rhythmic breathing to manage your heart rate.
