Wukong: Reduced Ultimate cooldown and increased passive base damage.
Arthur: Reduced cooldown for Skill 1 and adjusted damage structure.
Liu Shan: Increased shield from Skill 1 when using defensive equipment.
Biron: Increased shield and healing when using defensive equipment.
Kongming: Increased damage from Skill 1 and reduced Skill 2 charge time.
2.Equipment Adjustments
a.Dragon's Rage: Passive "Divine Power" now also applies to structures.
