When the current action is Occupied Cleaned, the available action will be Inspection Started when the room status is Inspect. Otherwise, the user can view Cleaning Started, Do Not Disturb, Inspection Started, Priority Clean, Return Later, and Service Refused actions.
When the current action is Vacant Cleaned, the available action will be Inspection Started when the room status is Inspect. Otherwise, the user can view Cleaning Started, Inspection Started, and Return Later actions.
