If the loan amount is ₹50,000 for 90 days, including all applicable fees, total sum cost of the Loan is 4699(3699+1000) rupees.

The following is a specific example:
If the loan amount is ₹50,000 , the interest rate is 30% per annum and the processing fee is 2%.The tenure is 90 days and the loan is to be repaid over 3 EMIs. Applicable fees is sum of interest and processing fee.
The interest payable is as follows : Interest = ₹ 50,000 * 30% / 365 * 90 = ₹ 3699.
The processing fee is as follows : ₹ 50,000 *2%= ₹1000
So, including all applicable fees, total sum cost of the Loan is 4699(3699+1000) rupees.
And your EMI per month would be (₹50,000+3699+1000)/3= ₹18233
