The SompoClaims app, powered by Gallagher Bassett, is now available in the Google Play Store!

Sompo International’s SompoClaims app helps injured workers manage their claims under a Workers Compensation policy(ies) issued by a member insurer of Sompo International anytime, anywhere from their Android smartphones. The app, which allows users to toggle between English and Spanish language versions, provides the claim information workers need, when they need it. With SompoClaims you can:

• View payments - View benefit payment history and receive instant notifications when indemnity payments are issued.
• Manage appointments and view benefit cards -- Track and manage your doctor appointments and access digital versions of your Medical Card and Pharmacy card (Rx Card) with ‘one click’.
• Search for medical providers – Look up contact information and driving instructions for medical providers and pharmacies and call them using the one-click call option (not available in CO, GA, NV, PA, TN, VA).
• Contact and share information with your claims handler – Use the app to send doctor’s notes, work restrictions, return to work information, and share other documentation with your Sompo International claim handler or contact them directly with any questions.
